State of California Board of PharmacyLicensing of personnel who are authorized to handle manufacturing, packaging and quality control. Minimum requirements before licensing include five years of pharmaceutical experience and two years of manufacturing/packaging experience. It also includes the authority of the Board of Pharmacy to inspect the premises at any time to insure compliance with California Pharmacy Law.
